Nellie, born in Ghana of Dutch/Ghanaian descent, is founder of the To Be Worldwide organsation. With 10 years experience as a Human Resource Professional with a particular specialization in capacity building and training, Nellie made a switch in her career by setting up her own consulting company. This resulted in a project in Ghana. It was during this period that the initial idea and wish to contribute to the development of Ghana was born. To Be Worldwide was set up in June 2002. Nellie is based in the Netherlands.

Lea is a director at C-Note, a Customer Experience Agency in Amsterdam. Previously she founded Fredhopper, a software navigation company. She has worked in marketing at Procter & Gamble and in Finance at Credit Suisse First Boston. She holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Elsbeth is not only an accomplished corporate lawyer, but very compassionate person, who is involved as a board member for a number of Foundations. Her own company, which she combines with a law practice for start ups and small sized companies, is looking for opportunities in connecting local companies in non timber products from the rainforests to international businesses, In order to increase the income of the forest people and allow them to live from the proceeds of the rainforest in a sustainable way. These projects are aiming to slow down -and ultimately - stop deforestation of the Amazon rainforest and other rainforests around the world.
