WakaWaka Solar Lights arrive in Ghana!!
No electricity means no light once the sun sets. No light means that you can not do your homework and you do not feel safe. This is what we noticed when we read the short stories the children in Ghana wrote on how important a Wakawaka Solar light would be to them. There we were, with 150 Wakawaka Solar lights in our suitecases. All the children were excited to recieve their solar light. After a bit of explanation, each child came forward to pick up their solar light.
We would like to thank you for making 150 children very happy!! Giving them back their sense of safety and the possibility to do their homework when there is no electricyty. Thank you for your support!
